Contracts

A contract, whichever its nature may be, is a legal act that must be flexible and adequate to the negotiation needs of the contracting parties` negociation needs. It should be made within an existing and valid legal frame, by means of establishing a solid basis on the assumed accords and with the objective of avoiding unnecessary litigation.

The variety of contracts in Mexican law is extense; therefore, it is preferable to analyze and understand the characteristics of the business being posed, leaving aside, momentarily, the itemization of kinds and types of existing contracts.
